Job Title: Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager

As Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager within our Sanofi Internal Audit Data Analytics team, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to identify risks through data. Developing tailor-made AI solutions that help us quickly focus on Risks across the whole company.
Main responsibilities:
The Audit Data Analytics Senior Manager handles activities related to Sanofi Internal Audit Assignments, such as:
- Support Internal Audit team members during audits by ensuring a high level of expertise on data analytics and propose evidence
- Deeply understand end-to-end data analytics process: extraction, transformation, modelling, AI/ML, visualization
- Foster data transformation and analysis techniques usage to identify risks and audit points
- Foster the digital transformation at SIA&RM
- Improve Auditors skills and knowledge about data and AI
Experience:
- A minimum of four to six years of professional work experience in Data Analytics is required ideally with at least 2 years of Data Analytics in external and/or internal audit
Soft skills:
- Strong communication skills, operate with a collaborative mindset
- Effective in prioritizing work and following through on commitments
- Strong change management ability
- Ability to take large volumes of complex data and/or information and present it in a clear and concise manner
- Strong ability to disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills is required
Technical skills:
- Data Visualization: Power BI, Qlik and/or Tableau
- Previous hands-on experience using Machine Learning algorithms is preferred
- Knowledge of SAP (data model, tables structure and processes) is recommended
- ETL: Alteryx and/or Dataiku
- ‘Programming’ languages amongst: SQL, Python, R, M and/or DAX
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
