Summary: The Audit Coordinator’s responsibility is to facilitate and support the internal audit function within the organization. This role involves coordinating audit activities and assisting with Environmental Safety reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to prepare for upcoming audits, ensuring all necessary documentation, resources, and facilities are available.
- Serve as point of contact for audit-related inquiries and communications, facilitating information exchange between auditors and internal teams, and ensuring timely responses to audit requests.
- Manage the collection, organization, and dissemination of audit-related documentation, including policies, procedures, reports, and supporting evidence, in accordance with audit requirements and company standards.
- Act as a mediator to address any issues or concerns raised during the audit, working to resolve discrepancies, clarify information, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Track progress of audit activities and provide regular updates to management and auditors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards, requirements, and company policies throughout the audit process.
- Responsible for Environmental, Social & Government (ESG) Reporting.
- Responsible for the reporting of Greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3)

Education and/or Experience
- 1 – 2 years’ related work experience in an office environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

Prefer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook. Prefer proficiency with computer electronic tasks, overall computer literacy.
Physical Demands
- May require occasional lifting up to15 pounds.
- Must be able to lift or move 5-10 lbs. occasionally.
Work Environment
- Office environment
- Some duties to be performed in an ESD controlled test floor
