About the role: 

As an Audience Management Product Strategy Specialist, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our commercial teams and product development squads. Your mission is to translate commercial requirements into strategic product initiatives that drive value for our customers and accelerate business growth. 

This position requires a deep understanding of commercial processes, sales levers, and digital product capabilities to ensure our solutions drive measurable impact on key sales drivers while keeping the platform simple and intuitive to operate. 

What you'll do: 

  • Partner with commercial teams to capture requirements and translate them into structured product strategies and development roadmaps. 
  • Define and prioritize features focused on sales growth levers within BEES, such as Sales Reps tasks, points offers, and digital communications. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to design solutions that optimize partner journeys and enhance platform adoption. 
  • Monitor product performance and propose improvements to increase commercial effectiveness, autonomy, and scalability. 
  • Identify business opportunities and align them with long-term product vision, ensuring the right balance between quick wins and strategic initiatives. 
  • Support the creation of business cases and KPIs to measure the success of new product capabilities. 

What you'll need:

  • University degree in courses related to computing such as Economy, Computer Science, Administration or others;
  • Strong background in product strategy and/or business analysis. 
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align priorities across commercial and tech teams. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent communication skills to influence decision-making and translate complex requirements into actionable plans. 
  • Experience working with B2B or SaaS platforms is a strong advantage. 
  • Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken);
