With each engagement overseen by an experienced Australian Chartered Accountant and delivered through a skilled offshore team, the company blends cost-efficiency with high-quality services—covering everything from BAS statements and payroll to full bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and tailored financial insights.
We’re looking for a meticulous Bookkeeper to become part of this forward-thinking team. You’ll play a vital role in managing financial records, processing accounts transactions, and supporting clients to make informed decisions—all while gaining exposure to modern bookkeeping practices, excellent mentorship, and a supportive remote environment.
What are you expected to do?
Bookkeeping and Accounting Functions
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing, including superannuation and STP reporting
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Ensure compliance with BAS coding and GST requirements
- Organize and manage source documents using tools like Hubdoc or Dext
- Generate financial reports and assist with ad hoc accounting tasks
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- You have at least 5 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience handling Australian clients.
- You are proficient in accounting tools, with a strong focus on Quickbooks and MYOB
- You have a knowledge of Australian tax and compliance frameworks (GST, BAS)
- You have an experience managing multiple entities or inter-company transactions
- You have a familiarity with Australian payroll systems and reporting requirements
- You have a strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- You have an ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- You are comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
- You are proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability
Preferred Experience:
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and knows basic formula
- You have an experience using document management tools such as Hubdoc or Dext

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
