- Provide helpdesk and technical support for internal systems, applications, and users.
- Perform data entry and user account management across various systems, including but not limited to AT&T, Office 365, AWS, and other internal platforms.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Support testing efforts for new features, system updates, and bug fixes to ensure quality and reliability.
- Assist with basic security checks and monitoring of web applications, including identifying potential vulnerabilities or irregularities.
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, user guides, and system configurations.
- Communicate with internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
- Assist in training users on internal tools, systems, and best practices.
- Support ongoing maintenance activities, including system updates and operational checks.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and internal tools.
- Support enhancements and bug fixes for the Prime Employee Portal.
- Contribute to frontend and backend development tasks using technologies such as PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Assist with Drupal CMS updates and minor development tasks.
- Support mobile application development efforts using Flutter and Dart.
- Assist with API integrations and backend services using Python (FastAPI).
- Participate in AWS-based development and deployment activities under supervision.
- Write and maintain basic scripts for automation and system support.
- Eagerness to learn from senior team members and take feedback constructively.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
- Willingness to stay current with new technologies and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
