WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
• Work closely with partners on complex legal issues

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Entry Level (0–2 years post-bar): $90,000+ base salary
• Mid to Senior Level (3+ years litigation experience): $150,000+ base salary
(dependent on experience, skillset, and litigation track record)

It represents clients across industries, as well as doctors and lawyers seeking payment for services. The firm emphasizes attorney involvement from the start, pursuing delinquent accounts with tact and, where useful, litigation; it also handles post-judgment enforcement and works to resolve cases efficiently, sometimes without a lawsuit.
