About the Opportunity
Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation Defense team. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the State of Florida. We are looking for a detail-oriented litigator with strong writing skills and a passion for defense work.
Your Responsibilities
- Independently manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Review claims files and medical records with strong attention to detail
- Draft status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients at hearings and assist with all aspects of motion practice
- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and adjusters
- Collaborate with Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case development
Required Education & Experience
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of Workers' Compensation defense experience
- Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
