The Attorney Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role by assisting the Attorney Talent Acquisition (Legal Recruitment) team carry out activities related to the recruiting and hiring of attorneys (including summer associates, lateral, and alternative track career attorneys). This position reports to the Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager and assists with other recruitment initiatives as needed. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed, especially during peak student recruiting periods.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists the Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager, office Managing Shareholders, and Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) with the recruitment process for summer associates, lateral shareholder, lateral associates, and alternative track attorneys

Provides support for the on-campus recruiting process by preparing materials, scheduling callback interviews, following-up with attorneys, and coordinating appropriate communication to candidates

Oversees the day-to-day functions of the Summer Associate Program, including coordinating training, sourcing work assignments, compiling evaluations, planning social events, and other duties associated with the program

Coordinates in-person or virtual interview schedules and gathers feedback on prospective candidates

Assists in drafting/updating job postings; reviews and processes resumes in the applicant tracking system and generate reports when necessary

Manages and updates applicant databases with relevant information and prepares offer letters

Interfaces effectively with candidates or legal search firms, provides candidate correspondence, and submits background checks requests

Assists manager by networking and partnering with career services to reach law students

Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field preferred

Minimum three to five years recruiting experience in a mid-to-large law firm/professional services setting

Computer proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly

Experience with Workday (Applicant Tracking System) a plus
The expected pay range for this position is:
Annualized Range: $60,000 - $75,000
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
