Stark & Stark has a full-time opening for a Personal Injury Litigation Associate in our Hamilton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be self-directed and detail oriented. Candidates must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

The candidate will support personal injury cases with the oversight of other attorneys in the practice. Responsibilities will include handling client intakes, depositions, drafting and responding to pleadings, evaluating the merits of a personal injury claim, ascertaining experts, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling, litigating cases and trial of cases.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Personal injury experience is a plus
  • New Jersey judicial clerkship is a plus
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus

Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
