ATSM SR Site Operations Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with strong hands on AI and automation skills to support ATSM (Assembly Test Smart Manufacturing)
As a Site Operations Manager individual contributor, you will develop and execute a holistic strategy and be part of a global team dedicated to this function across all Assembly and Test manufacturing locations.
In this role you will participate in the implementation of the global supply and corresponding inventory strategy by establishing key supply readiness strategy, identifying required implementation resources and developing communication channels and tools to introduce the new strategy.
You will also be part of the team in the supply strategy development through understanding of current and future needs, analyzing market and company trends, performing the benchmarking of world-class approaches, as well as identifying opportunities to leverage changes in processes, systems and product/services. Then prioritize and drive the implementation based upon estimating timing and level of efficiency captured.
Hands-on automation using Power BI, Power Automate, RPA, Power Apps, Copilot, along with UI robotic process tools
Other responsibilities include ensuring department compliance to company policies and departmental procedures. You will be responsible for providing input back to leadership on the building and implementing department strategies, processes, and policy through active participation on teams and projects.
Roles Responsibilities
  • Be the single owner for site inventory management, perform DIO optimization by handling surplus and outdated stock provisions, and scrap clearance alongside the Inventory Team, Material/Site Planners, Warehouse & Finance.

Hands On Automation & AI Solutions (Core of Role)
  • Design and build automation workflows using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop / RPA, Power Apps, and UI automation tools to reduce manual tasks in procurement processes.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards for procurement , inventory, and procurement targets (e.g., material readiness, exceptions, cycle time).
  • Use Copilot and AI tools to create productivity solutions (e.g., smart query handling, automated status summaries, exception alerts).
  • Document automation solutions (flows, logic, inputs/outputs) and hand over to users with simple SOPs.
  • Monitor performance of deployed automations and continuously improve robustness and usability.

Act as the primary liaison for site specific initiatives, projects, and critical issues.
  • Be the site audit SPS (Quality audit, customer audit and compliance audit). Process owner for "Manage Materials ".
  • Lead Warehouse Capacity preparedness to back production ramp by coordinating efforts alongside the Warehouse unit and the Materials Coordination and Manufacturing areas.
  • Lead "Manage Source to Pay" metrics performance and status update in site staff meeting .
  • Weekly WOS (BOM and Indirect) status update reporting includes NPI materials. Attend site specific demand vs supply review.
  • Lead the Incoming Quality issue resolution, GR, Invoice & Pricing discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Proliferate BKM and drive improvement
  • Be the SME for procurement systems and tools and processes

Operations Functions
  • Support Leaders to work with direct and cross-functional teams to plan and calibrate on global strategic direction of supply assurance for Assembly and Test manufacturing sites
  • Take charge of site inventory oversight, conduct DIO optimization via Excess & Obsolescence, Reserve, Scrap disposition, and maintain supply reliability alongside Material/Site Management
  • Be the Key point of contact for site specific initiative, project and issue point of contact.
  • Take ownership for conducting site audits related to SPS (quality assessments, client inspections, and compliance evaluations). Process owner for "Manage Materials ".
  • Drive Warehouse Capacity readiness to support production ramp through collaboration with Warehouse team and Materials Planning and Manufacturing.
  • Provide BKM and encourage improvement
  • SME for system and tools and process
  • Provide insights and drive on procurement initiatives and productivity improvement

Collaborate with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers on Supply Assurance Strategies
  • Ensure customer requirements are met with cost of ownership justification
  • Communicate strategic goals, supply fulfillment plans, initiatives and targets to customers, suppliers, and global procurement teams
  • Maintain relationships with senior executives at sites
  • Initiate and sustain effective communication with internal and external customers

Collaborate with Customers to Deliver Strategic Solutions
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Supply Assurance through relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry trends
  • Assist to implement or augment processes
  • Drive customer-centric approach to solving issues and representing Global Procurement
  • Maintain close interaction with procurement category teams to ensure end-to-end supply assurance approach
  • Handle conflict and build effective links with both company personnel and outside clients

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in:• Engineering• Supply Chain Management• Related field of study
Experiences
Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing /Procurement, Supply Chain
  • Experience in semiconductor / electronics / high tech manufacturing (optional but preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP/MM or similar ERP procurement modules .
  • Prior experience leading or supplying to digital transformation / automation projects .
  • Experience working in global or multi site environments .

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated hands on experience with:
  • Power BI (building reports, data modeling, DAX basics)
  • Power Automate / RPA tools / UI automation (designing and deploying flows or bots)
  • At least one low code / automation platform (e.g., Power Apps, UiPath, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate business issues into structured solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, lead multiple tasks, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving attitude and skills.
  • Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate.
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Innovative and teamwork focused .
  • Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage.
