We are looking for a Head of Content to come onboard in our Communications and Corporate Branding Directorate in Lamberto’s team : a team of 12 collaborators!

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to enhance ATR's brand presence and engagement across all platforms.
  • Oversee media relations, digital marketing, social media, crisis communications, employee communications, employer branding, and CSR-related communications topics.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across internal and external communications.
  • Drive innovation in communication approaches to effectively reach diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute content campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimise ATR's communication strategies.
  • Lead and inspire a team of content creators who think 360 and deliver high-quality, engaging content that meets ATR's objectives.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximise the impact of communications campaigns.

About you

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior content management role within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and French, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a track record of driving successful content campaigns.
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry trends.

Nous recherchons un Head of Content pour rejoindre notre Direction Communication & Image de Marque au sein de l'équipe de Lamberto: une équipe de 12 collaborateurs !

Votre mission

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de contenu complètes pour renforcer la présence et l'engagement de la marque ATR sur toutes les plateformes.
  • Superviser les relations presse, le marketing digital, les réseaux sociaux, la communication de crise, la communication avec les employés, la marque employeur et les sujets de communication liés à la RSE.
  • Assurer l'harmonisation et la cohérence des messages entre les communications internes et externes.
  • Stimuler l'innovation dans les approches de communication pour atteindre efficacement divers publics.
  • Collaborer avec les principales parties prenantes pour développer et exécuter des campagnes de contenu qui trouvent un écho auprès des publics cibles.
  • Suivre les tendances du secteur et les activités des concurrents afin d'optimiser les stratégies de communication d'ATR.
  • Diriger et inspirer une équipe de créateurs de contenu qui réfléchissent à 360 degrés et proposent un contenu engageant et de haute qualité, répondant aux objectifs d'ATR.
  • Gérer efficacement les budgets et les ressources pour maximiser l'impact des campagnes de communication

A propos de vous

  • Formation supérieure en communication, marketing, journalisme ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience avérée à un poste senior de gestion de contenu en entreprise ou en agence.
  • Excellente compréhension du marketing digital, des tendances des médias sociaux et des meilleures pratiques de création de contenu.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en anglais et en français, avec un sens aigu du détail.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à hiérarchiser les priorités et à diriger une équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Esprit stratégique, esprit créatif et expérience avérée en matière de campagnes de contenu réussies.
  • Connaissance des tendances du secteur aérospatial.
