We are looking for a FAL Controler to come onboard in our Programs Directorate in Bruno Cassagne’s team : a team of 8 collaborators!

Your Mission

  • Build the Reliquat station micro-planning based on a/c Folio analysis and missing parts on-dock date
  • Anticipate and alert if clash with FAL planning cycle
  • Send reminder to action owners to maintain micro-planning
  • Support MSN leader function in the follow-up of concerned a/c critical path: technical analysis, escalation recommendation when required
  • In close collaboration with customer line, possibility to escalate topics potentially impacting planning during SQCDP or towards suppliers/stakeholders
  • Daily routine : SQCDP 2 & 3, ROP, meeting with Groupe de Production to follow-up concerned a/c
  • Weekly routine: WP scheduling review, FAL planning review, Integrated Planning review, micro-planning review per MSN

About you

  • 10 years experience in aeronautics assembly line environment
  • Very good knowledge of production/quality activities, technical aspects of aircraft and assembly line operations, handover gates between stations
  • Knowledge/awareness in Planning Process and methodology (gantt diagram, critical path concept)
  • Rigorous, Objective-oriented, and results-driven, and good synthesis skills, particularly in multi-functional environment
  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, team player mindset
  • Tools: MSP, iObeya, SAP, ACPNG, EQLB.

Nous recherchons un FAL contrôler pour rejoindre notre Direction Programs au sein de l'équipe de Bruno Cassagne : une équipe de 8 collaborateurs !

Votre mission

·         Construire, sur la base du Folio avion et des lead-time des pièces manquantes, le micro-planning de la station Reliquat du cycle avion

·         Anticiper et alerter si clash avec cycle avion / FAL planning

·         Envoyer des rappels auprès des porteurs d’actions correctives

·         Supporter la fonction MSN leader dans le suivi du chemin critique des avions concernés: analyse technique, recommandation d’escalation

·         En synergie avec la customer line, possibilité d'escalation en SQCDP ou auprès des partenaires de points qui pourraient impacter le planning

·         Routines quotidiennes : SQCDP 2 & 3, ROP, réunion avec le groupe de production plusieurs fois par semaine pour suivre l’avancée des avions

·         Routine Hebdo: WP scheduling review, FAL planning review, Integrated Planning review, Revue micro-planning per MSN

A propos de vous

·         10 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de chaîne de montage aéronautique

·         Très bonne connaissance des activités de production/qualité, des aspects techniques des avions et des opérations d'assemblage, des critères de passage entre stations

·         Connaissance des éléments de base de planification (diagramme gantt, notion de chemin critique)

·         Rigueur, orientation vers les objectifs et vers les résultats, bonne capacité de synthèse, en particulier dans un environnement multifonctionnel.

·         Enthousiasme, adaptabilité et esprit d'équipe

·         Outils : MSP, iObeya, SAP, ACPNG, EQLB.
