Your Mission

The Design Supplier Quality Manager is responsible for the qualification and oversight of all design suppliers delivering engineering outputs, ensuring compliance with ATR design organization approval requirements.

  • Manage a defined portfolio of design suppliers, ensuring compliance with ATR Design and DOA requirements while driving sustainable performance improvement.
  • In close coordination with ATR Engineering and Program teams and any relevant ATR stakeholders, develop and drive common action plans (« one voice ») in response to significant supplier quality issues.
  • Plan, lead and conduct design product and process audits/assessments to support supplier qualification and surveillance for engineering & intellectual services providers.
  • Assess and monitor suppliers’ organizational acceptance status in line with ATR DOA requirements.
  • Act as the ATR focal point for all quality matters related to engineering/design suppliers.
  • Represent the ATR Supplier Quality function during supplier selection and project development phases – e.g. RFx, Maturity Gates – up to CDR/beginning of industrialization phase.
  • Represent ATR towards external authorities (EASA) on matters related to design supplier oversight and compliance status

About you

  • Degree in Quality, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline
  • Strong expertise in regulatory and quality assurance standards to the Aerospace products as applicable – i.e. EASA/FAR Part 21J, ISO17025, EN9100.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the aerospace industry, including at least 5 years in a engineering quality/certification or auditing role (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in auditing design supplier's quality management systems.
  • Solid knowledge of design & manufacturing processes in aeronautic industry
  • Good technical knowledge/understanding of aircraft systems and/or aerostructure
  • Expertise in quality tools and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5W methodology)
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS pack office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with assertive and diplomacy
  • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Votre mission

  • Piloter un portefeuille de fournisseurs de conception, en assurant leur conformité aux exigences Design et DOA d’ATR tout en contribuant à l’amélioration durable de leurs performances.
  • En étroite collaboration avec les équipes Ingénierie, Programmes et les parties prenantes ATR concernées, définir et déployer des plans d’actions communs (« one voice ») en réponse aux problématiques qualité majeures des fournisseurs.
  • Planifier, conduire et réaliser des audits et évaluations produits et processus afin de soutenir la qualification et la surveillance des fournisseurs de prestations d’ingénierie et de services intellectuels.
  • Évaluer et suivre le statut d’acceptation organisationnelle des fournisseurs, en cohérence avec les exigences DOA d’ATR.
  • Agir en tant que point focal ATR pour toutes les questions qualité relatives aux fournisseurs d’ingénierie et de conception.
  • Représenter la fonction Supplier Quality lors des phases de sélection des fournisseurs et de développement des projets (RFx, Maturity Gates), jusqu’au CDR et au début de l’industrialisation.
  • Représenter ATR auprès des autorités externes (notamment l’EASA) sur les sujets liés à la surveillance des fournisseurs de conception et à leur statut de conformité.

A propos de vous

  • Diplôme en Qualité, Ingénierie ou dans une autre discipline technique.
  • Solide expertise des normes réglementaires et qualité applicables aux produits aéronautiques (EASA/FAR Part 21J, EN 9100, ISO 17025).
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique, dont au moins 5 ans dans des fonctions qualité ingénierie, certification ou audit (ou équivalent).
  • Expérience confirmée dans l’audit des systèmes de management de la qualité des fournisseurs de conception.
  • Bonne connaissance des processus de conception et de fabrication dans l’industrie aéronautique.
  • Solide compréhension technique des systèmes avion et/ou des aérostructures.
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité et des méthodologies d’analyse des causes racines (8D, diagramme d’Ishikawa, méthode des 5 pourquoi).
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en analyse.
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office.
  • Très bonnes capacités de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, alliant assertivité et diplomatie.
  • Capacité à prioriser efficacement dans un environnement complexe et multi-acteurs.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’italien.
  • Mobilité requise pour des déplacements internationaux.
