Vous rejoindrez le service relations et politiques sociales, rémunération et avantages sociaux et santé-sécurité au travail au sein de la direction des ressources humaines.

En support de la responsable de service et des membres de l’équipe, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Relations sociales :
    • Préparation des ordres du jour, convocations et des supports de présentation en lien avec les différents intervenants (CSE et commissions)
    • Coordination des réponses aux questions des représentants de la vie sociale
    • Suivi et traitement des dépenses de fonctionnement et de déplacement des organisations syndicales
    • Suivi et traitement des demandes de congé de formation économique, sociale, environnementale et syndicale (CFESES)
    • Gestion administrative des relations sociales (procès-verbaux, accords d’entreprise)
    • Mise à jour de la page intranet des relations et politiques sociales
  • Administration du personnel et juridique :
    • Préparation des avenants au contrat de travail (temps de travail spécifique…) et archivage
    • Préparation des attestations spécifiques
    • Rédaction ponctuelle de certaines notes d’information ou d’application
    • Mise à jour des affichages obligatoires
  • Politiques sociales :
    • Suivi et traitement des demandes de remboursement dans le cadre du forfait mobilité durable
  • Vous pourrez être également amené à :
    • Contribuer à certains sujets spécifiques sur les thématiques rémunération et avantages sociaux
    • Proposer des solutions digitales innovantes pour poursuivre l’effort de digitalisation et de simplification des processus RH (à travers l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle ou autre)

Cet apprentissage est fait pour vous si :

  • Vous préparez un Master RH ou un Master en droit social et êtes à la recherche de missions polyvalentes
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais couramment ainsi que la suite Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Copilot)
  • Vous faites preuve de capacité d’adaptation et d’organisation, vous avez le sens des priorités, l’envie d’apprendre et d’être force de proposition
  • Ce rôle nécessite également un respect de la confidentialité, de bonnes capacités de communication (écrite/orale)

Le démarrage est prévu en septembre 2026 pour une durée de 12 ou 24 mois

What we will do together:

Being an apprentice at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company!

You will join the Industrial Relations and Social Policies, Compensation and Benefits, and Occupational Health and Safety department within the Human Resources Directorate.

In support of the Head of and the team members, your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Social Relations:
    • Preparing agendas, invitations, and presentation materials in coordination with the various stakeholders (for Works Council meeting and commissions)
    • Coordinating responses to questions from employee representatives
    • Monitoring and processing operating expenses and travel costs of trade union organizations
    • Monitoring and processing requests for economic, social, environmental, and trade union training leave (CFESES)
    • Administrative management of social relations (minutes, company agreements)
    • Updating the intranet page dedicated to social relations and social policies
  • Personnel Administration and Legal Support:
    • Preparing employment contract amendments (specific working hours, etc.) and archiving
    • Preparing specific certificates
    • Occasional drafting of information or implementation notes
    • Updating mandatory postings board
  • Social Policies:
    • Monitoring and processing reimbursement requests related to the sustainable mobility allowance
  • You may also be required to:
    • Contribute to specific topics related to compensation and employee benefits
    • Propose innovative digital solutions to support the ongoing digitalization and simplification of HR processes (including using artificial intelligence or other digital solutions)

This apprenticeship is designed for you

  • You are preparing a Master’s degree in HR or Social Law and are looking for diverse and hands-on assignments
  • You are fluent in French and English and proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Copilot)
  • You demonstrate adaptability, organizational skills, a sense of priorities, a desire to learn, and the ability to be proactive
  • This role also requires respect for confidentiality and strong written and verbal communication skills

Starting date is planned for September 2026 for a duration of 12 to 24 months

The recruitment process takes place in two stages after receiving your application:
