The Yield associate role requires highly specialized expertise and extensive training it demands. This includes:
- Expert use of the Exceed defect classification tool to accurately classify defects from optical and SEM images across diverse process layers.
- Proficient navigation of the Klarity database to extract precise datasets and manage data uploads to and from scan and review tools.
- Manual operation of inspection tools such as KLA 2367, PUMA, and Altair, including recipe, part ID, and lot info data entries
- Accessing and troubleshooting Datalog to resolve issues with PROMIS-Klarity data uploads.
