- Brings the knowledge of long-term trends in operations and supporting systems including key worldwide initiatives and current and future roadmaps for key industry suppliers.
- Has participated in international ATM (Air Traffic Management) events and conferences, bringing a broad understanding of the ATM stakeholders, including a diversity of ANSPs, regulators and agencies, their roles and their key activities and areas of innovation.
- Brings ATM training experience and knowledge of instructor’s needs, as well as ATM system / ATM system definition, development, testing and acceptance experience (10 years is appreciated but not necessary)
The Operational Lead supports the squads as Customer Advocate for Future ATM (Air Traffic Management) Operational Value, collaborating in activities such as:
- Assessment of trends and use cases in Future ATM
- ATM concept of operations development
- ATC user stories creation, development and refinement: continuous grooming of use cases and their user stories (make them clear, feasible, testable)
- Refinement, demonstration and testing of operational components
- ATM awareness training for squad members and daily support with operational concepts extending the support received from CAAS and ensuring that operational concepts are maintained throughout the definition, production and testing phases
- Supporting workshops from the operational perspective and create deliverables to document CAAS’s vision of a future system
- Capability to assess and validate the operational benefits of the use cases in AIR Lab
Requirements:
- Knowledge of ANSP and ATMS technical deployment environments
- Knowledge in Software development, testing and validation platforms for ATM, real time software applications and/ or safety critical systems
- Previous experience working in Agile teams and demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Learning agility, capability to work in a team and create synergies to resolve complex problems together and to optimise and simplify complex solutions
