Responsibilities

• Lead and support the monitoring team, setting clear goals and ensuring effective task delegation
• Monitor team performance and provide regular, constructive feedback
• Oversee monitoring activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in line with SLAs and KPIs
• Develop and maintain efficient monitoring processes and manage vendor relationships
• Identify training needs, coach team members, and organize skill-enhancement sessions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and take corrective actions when needed
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and open communication

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven leadership experience, preferably in monitoring operations for self-service devices (e.g., ATMs, Payment Kiosks, APS)
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools, techniques, and regulatory requirements
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in monitoring software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
