Job Description:
The Atlassian Product Owner owns the strategic vision, operational roadmap, and governance for Arrow’s Atlassian ecosystem, ensuring Jira, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management (JSM), and approved Marketplace applications are standardized, scalable, and optimized to support collaboration, delivery, and enterprise reporting. Serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical platform teams, this role translates needs into a prioritized backlog, establishes consistent patterns (templates, workflows, fields, permissions), and drives adoption through enablement and clear platform guidance.

Strategic Roadmap: Align Atlassian tooling capabilities with company-wide OKRs and delivery methodologies (Agile/Scaled Agile).
Standardization: Define and maintain "Golden Standards" for project templates, issue types, and automation rules across the enterprise.
Continuous Improvement: Manage the app ecosystem (Atlassian Marketplace) to ensure plugins provide measurable value rather than bloat.
Change Management: Drive adoption and training for new features and workflows, ensuring teams realize the full value of the tool investment.
Stakeholder Management: Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog (epics/user stories/acceptance criteria), balancing user value, strategic outcomes, and technical health.
Technical Liaison: Partner with platform development and administration team to ensure configurations support enterprise integrations, data flows, and reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
5–7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business systems analysis.
Hands‑on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Rovo.

Proven ability to work across technical and non‑technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with Atlassian automation, scripting tools, and APIs preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise service workflows or scaled Agile delivery preferred.
