Job Description
Atlassian helps to keep our project management (guided by Agile) running smoothly. It comes with a suite of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello that supports our teams by boosting collaboration, helping project tracking and centralizing management. Atlassian boosts productivity, optimizes IT operations, smooths cloud migration and streamlines workflows. Atlassian’s support teams provide consulting, sales and technical support through Solution Partners, so users are supported throughout the whole digital transformation process.
In this role the focus is on implementing and configuring tools in customers’ environment, supporting Atlassian cloud migrations, configuring new setups, and delivering consulting services. You’re also going to provide ongoing tool support, and keep updated on Atlassian tools, and actively share knowledge with teammates and customers.
Besides making an impact at our customers, you’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic position of our team within Ordina. This is you:
- You possess practical skills in understanding, defining, and implementing user needs using collaboration tooling such as Jira and Confluence;
- You are a phenomenal teammate with good interpersonal skills;
- Stakeholder management comes as a second nature for you;
- You communicate effectively with both internal team members and customers;
- Your affinity with technology drives your ambition to grow your career in IT consulting;
- You are motivated to understand and improve customer processes, and make teams work better together;
- Experienced in (scaled) agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or LEAN);
- Having prior experience in consulting or digital transformation using Agile methodologies is a bonus;
- Hands-on experience and admin/user knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, or similar tools; Atlassian certification is a huge plus;
- Experience in Atlassian product migration is a bonus;
- You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree and approximately 5 years of work experience;
- Good command of the Dutch language, English is a plus.

This is the practice that focuses on continuous improvement of teams and plays a key role in the further development of our High Performance Teams.
