Job Description

Within the scope of the Methods and Accompaniment service, the Methods and Tools team is responsible for the tooling aspect of the BPCE-SI (Solutions Informatiques)  agile project method, including document management, project/product steering, and requirements management. The team gathers user needs, designs, implements, maintains, and provides support for processes and tools (notably Confluence, Jira, and associated plugins). This team, based in Nantes, currently comprises 1 Product Owner (P.O.), 1 Scrum Master/Tech Lead, and 8 members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage requirements, document management, and backlog steering for projects/products/programes.
  • Administer and configure Confluence, Jira, and associated plugins (Structure, Easy Agile Programs, XRAY).
  • Ensure support and guidance for product teams within an Agile SAFe context.
  • Conduct studies, evolutions, version updates, and tool maintenance in collaboration with BPCE-IT outsourcing.
  • Communicate and explain changes to product teams.
  • Keep e-learnings, tutorials, and help pages up to date.
  • Ensure accountability, coherence, and the technical/functional sustainability of the tools and the method.
  • Travel may be required during the initial months due to the team’s Nantes base.
  • Mission context: work in a comparable group, preferably in the banking sector, with projects using V-cycle, Agile, or bimodal approaches; operate in an Agile and SAFe environment.

 

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Administration and configuration of Confluence, Jira, and associated plugins (Structure, Easy Agile Programs, XRAY).
  • Business competencies: requirements management, document management, and backlog steering for projects/products/programes/trains.
  • Additional competencies: ability to read and communicate in French with BPCE-SI teams; high autonomy; proactivity in identifying solutions to technical problems.
  • French communication (oral and written) is mandatory.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication in French; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High autonomy and initiative; comfortable working with limited supervision.
  • Proactive in identifying solutions for technical issues and in translating user needs into actionable requirements.
  • Transversal competencies: strong writing skills to communicate and simplify implemented solutions; ability to work remotely with stakeholders from varied profiles.
