The Atlanta office Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group is seeking a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy as well as lending. Candidates must have experience in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Experience at a large law firm preferred, but not required. In addition, candidates should possess strong academics, excellent writing capabilities, the ability to take ownership and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
