The Pay, Perks, and Benefits

  • Annual Salary of $70,000- $76,250 - commensurate with experience.

What You Will Do
The Executive Initiatives Coordinator provides analytical, operational, and knowledge management support to the ATDM Managing Director and leadership team. This role serves as a central resource for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting information that supports executive decision-making, organizational performance, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for executive and leadership meetings.
  • Attend leadership meetings to capture key decisions, discussion points, and action items.
  • Track follow-up activities and monitor progress on strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Coordinate information flow between leaders, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and report organizational performance data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports that provide leadership visibility into key metrics.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and business intelligence.
  • Produce executive summaries, research reports, and ad hoc analyses to support leadership discussions.
  • Maintain organizational knowledge repositories, records, policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Establish and support standards for document management and information sharing.
  • Monitor organizational performance indicators and support planning, assessment, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support operational and programmatic enhancements.
  • Draft executive correspondence, briefing papers, status reports, presentations, and leadership communications.
  • Translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for executive audiences.

You will help ensure ATDM leaders have timely, accurate, and relevant information to make informed decisions and advance organizational priorities. By managing critical data, maintaining institutional knowledge, coordinating executive information, and supporting key initiatives, you will strengthen organizational effectiveness and help drive operational excellence across the division.

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in business analysis, operations support, knowledge management, program administration, or a related field.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including regional and national travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior executives or organizational leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance, information management, business intelligence, or organizational performance practices.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Professional certification in Business Analysis, Project Management, Knowledge Management, or Data Analytics.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel as needed to support ATDM initiatives and organizational objectives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, including presentations and public-facing engagements.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, interruptions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and perform light to medium physical tasks associated with office work.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while using a computer and reviewing data, reports, and documentation.
