Job Purpose
The primary function of this role will be to service AstroTurf existing customers, direct customers to correct regional teams, and promote AstroTurf services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cold Calling Existing Customers
- Building out AstroTurf Database with correct customer information
- Taking all calls that come into the AstroTurf 1800 # and providing service or directing call to correct regional team member.
- Marketing blasts to all customers as directed by Marketing
- Marketing Promotions
- Service Specials
- General AstroTurf Updates
- Reporting on Maintenance Sales that are driven by extended outreach to customer network
- Sending out AstroTurf Warranties and tracking warranty timeline in customer database.
- Sending Field Lists to Sales Team of Existing Customer list with fields going out of warranty

QualificationsQualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required
- Courses/Certifications/Training:
- Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel (Reporting), Power Point), Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in customer service
- Strong Communication Skills
- Familiarity with AstroTurf Maintenance practices
