・イベント(TV講演会等)の立案・交渉・実行・レビューの実施
・プロモーション資材(パンフレット・説明会スライド・MR君*コンテンツ等)の立案・作成・実行・レビューの実施
(*MR君: 医薬品、疾病、治療等医療に関する情報を提供するツール)
・市場調査の結果などを正しく読み取り、結果から抽出した仮説に基づいた資材作成
・多様な方法を通じて、営業部門に対して、営業アクション内容を伝達する
・KEE(Key External Experts)のマネジメントの遂行
・マーケティング・営業活動を計測するためのシステム関連の提案、他部門と協業し社内システムの構築
・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など他部門との活動の共有、及び、調整
・市場環境、顧客、製品およびポートフォリオを深く理解し、Brand Managerの製品戦略立案のサポート

Skills Required
- At least 3 years sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to identify physician needs through meetings and strong questioning/analysis skills
- Ability to interpret market research and objective data to extract issues and build hypotheses
- Ability to plan, create, execute and review promotional materials (brochures, slides, MR-kun content)
- Experience planning, negotiating, executing and reviewing events (e.g., TV lectures)
- Action-oriented mindset to implement solutions and try new approaches
- Collaborative attitude to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for materials creation
- Ability to use internal IT systems used within the company
- Japanese: sufficient communication ability
- English: improve to TOEIC ~800 within 2-3 years (not required at application)
