We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Assurance Senior Manager to join our Los Angeles or Woodland Hills office for remote and in-office roles.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts
  • Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables
  • Develop detailed engagement work plans
  • Illustrate budgets and schedules
  • Actively participate in proposals
  • Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required
  • CPA designation is required
  • 5+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required
  • Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills

In California, the salary range for Assurance Managers is $125,000 - $180,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidate's geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus; generous paid time off; expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms, to name a few.
