Job Description
Purpose of this position is to proactively strategize, act as enabler for initiatives and anchor all vital processes related to Employee Relations across RO_IN level through thought leadership and implement necessary transformation interventions with focus on quality, cost, productivity and delivery.
Key activities (Expand all Acronyms)
ESP Management:
- Developing and Executing the policy and guidelines in engaging Contract associates across all locations (RO_IN) which leads to effective contract staff management.
- Establishing the process and system for compliances for commercial establishment (Corporate) which leads to ease of operation and continuous improvement"
Transformation:
- Establishing digitalization, Integration and standardization of IR/ER related concepts across all locations to foster a positive ER/IR environment with the location HR team
- Developing and executing harmonized policies and practices for temporary workforce across RO-IN to meet business requirements (Quality, Cost, Delivery) within the legal framework
- Establish policy procedures for Employee Relation aspects across RO-IN which leads to smooth functioning"
Governance:
- "Establish mechanism to govern ER function, monitor the central repository, track ER related risks and contingency plan, support in formulation of ER strategy across all locations to ensure smooth functioning at RO-IN level
- Monitor the Governance assessments to support a sustainable compliance framework for all locations to augment processes"
Capability Building:
- "Enhance the Industry Connect with ER Professionals for strong network with internal stakeholders to benchmark initiatives and successful collaboration
- Establish a Competency Model and learning interventions for ER/IR professionals in Bosch along with the location HR/ER Leads to develop ER Learning Academy "
Analytics
- "Participate and contribute in data compilation for Great Place To Work, Environmental, Social and Governance, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report etc. to arrive at meaningful inferences
- Establish the system for effective data management and release ER related metrics analysis to key stakeholders to share best practices across RO-IN "
