Asst / Senior / Manager (Startup Ecosystem and Partnerships)
[What the role is]
Build Asia’s flagship startup destination.LaunchPad@one-north is evolving from a place where startups work, into a community where founders, investors, corporates, researchers and talent come together to build what’s next.
As part of JTC’s Startup Department, you will play a key role in shaping this ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of startups, technology, innovation, partnerships, community and spaces. This entails creating programmes, connections and opportunities that help startups start, grow and go global.
The role is intentionally broad. You may find yourself designing industry programmes one day, working with an international startup hub the next, and helping a LaunchPad startup find a corporate partner for a pilot the day after.
[What you will be working on]
Build the LaunchPad community. Develop and curate programmes, events and initiatives that bring founders, investors, corporates, researchers and other ecosystem players together, and make LaunchPad a place where people want to be. This includes working with partners to develop thought leadership, industry programmes and partnerships that position the community at the forefront of innovation.
Develop strategic partnerships. Work with corporates, venture builders, incubators, accelerators, investors, research institutions, government agencies and industry associations to create opportunities for startups to test, collaborate and scale.
Grow the Kampong AI ecosystem. Contribute to building Kampong AI as Singapore’s Hub and Home for AI by bringing together AI startups, corporates, researchers, investors, government agencies and industry partners.
Manage a portfolio of startups and tenants. Build strong relationships with companies in LaunchPad, understand their growth needs and connect them to relevant partners, programmes and opportunities.
Turn ideas into action. Work with cross-governmental teams and external stakeholders to take new initiatives from concept to execution, measure their impact and continuously improve them.

We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, energised by people and excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
Skills Required
- Background in Real Estate, Geography, Business, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
- Proven track record in ecosystem development, innovation management, corporate partnerships, or startup community building
- Strong understanding of the startup and innovation landscape in Singapore and the region
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across public, private, and academic sectors
- Experience in programme design, event management, and community engagement
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities
