Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner and point of contact for Customer Development team and distributors in Eastern Java.

  • Drive improvements in key service KPIs, including DR, NMSM, and operational savings.

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process and resolve customer issues through timely, with data-driven analysis.

  • Strengthen governance across Customer Portal processes, reverse logistics, and other fulfilment activities.

  • Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Facing GT.

  • Collaborate closely with internal Customer Experience, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Customer Development, distributors, and external logistics partners to ensure reliable customer service.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business related fields

  • At least 2 years working experiences in supply chain

  • Strong stakeholder management capability

  • Negotiation, Objection Management: Ability to find common ground and commercially acceptable solutions, with risk identification and management.

  • Creative Problem Solving: awareness and intervention through the value chain to seek disruptive, impactful solutions.

  • Personal Effectiveness: Strong persistency and directing skill, effective and proven strategic planning, ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously, resilient and determined towards success. Calm in the face of ambiguity

  • Proficient with productivity tools, data analysis, create insights from data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
