Role Overview:
- Assist with sales reports
- Attend to maintenance tenders
- Prepare power point slides when requested by the Sales Director, Sales Manager and National Key Accounts Manager.
On a typical day you will:
Log onto all the tender website, download the maintenance tenders and prepare total tender document by individual pricing. Organizing branch to view the units on site. Draft a technical specification. Prepare all submittals pertaining to tender especially government. Prepare document to be viewed by sales and MD Directors. Submit tender on time. Tracking of tender validities on success and advise Otis on success and future strategies.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Must have good understating of contractual documents
- Must be able to work in a pressurized environment.
- Job planning and time management skills is a must
- Must have persuasive communication skills
- Excellent writing and reporting skills
- Must have business acumen and must have attention to detail.
- Must be PC literate (Advance Excel, Power point and Word)
