Job Title: Associate Sales Manager

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid work possible)

About this position:

Comscore Latin America is seeking a sales representative to support the sales team in Brazil. Responsibilities include back-office work, but this person will also be responsible for managing their own clients and working on renewals. They will work closely with various (global) departments (Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure smooth and operational workflows for clients.

What you'll do:

• Pre-sales work to support the sales team with presentations and identify new opportunities and up-selling.

• Work on renewals for your own client list, including growth, up-selling, and cross-selling.

• Support the sales and client insights teams during in-person presentations with clients and/or prospects. • Act as a support for clients and/or prospects with questions about Comscore's analytics solutions. Interfacing with finance, sending invoices, and more.

What you'll need:

• Knowledge of social media, digital platforms, and/or digital marketing, media, or success/customer service.

• Experience in the digital marketing industry.

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

• High level of interpersonal skills, including organization, agility, responsiveness, responsibility, creativity, and resilience, willingness to learn, commitment, autonomy, and effective communication.

• Ability to analyze, organize, and plan schedules and priorities.

• Availability for in-person meetings in the São Paulo office and occasional travel to visit clients and prospects throughout Brazil.

What would be great to have:

• An existing network of agencies and/or advertisers.

• Experience with online media sales.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales funnels, and basic negotiation techniques.

• Experience with Comscore analytics solutions (MMX, Social, Proximic, Plan Metrix).
