Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degre, desirably in a business-related course.
- With at least 5 years of relevant banking experience.
- Ability to conduct financial analysis.
- With effective negotiation and marketing skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient account management and development of business with existing and new clients.
- Responsible for negotiation of rates and fees and ensuring required margins are applied to relevant transactions.
- Evaluates financial requirements and financial capacity of customers and proposes financial solutions and packages to meet these requirements.
- Conducts business promotion of various banking products and services by customer visit to achieve target.
- Conducts effective and accurate know your customer process in accordance with bank's policies and procedures.
- Work in partnership with operations group, support departments and products-related departments, to ensure smooth delivery of service to customers and for promotion-related activities.
