Job Description:
Roche has established Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) at Chennai and Hyderabad to drive analytics & technology driven solutions by partnering with Roche affiliates across the globe.
As an Associate, you will work closely with Project leads to execute projects for stakeholders in the business teams across Roche’s global affiliates. The projects can be in the domains of Analytics, Data Science, and Technology to deliver solutions to real-world business problems. You will be required to understand business and mathematical logics and execute solutions using analytical thinking/technical skills.
In this role, you will:
● Build expertise on various programming languages, querying tools, data management tools, BI platforms
● Work in collaboration with a team to deliver projects for the Roche stakeholders
● Utilize and gain knowledge on industry standard tools and help process data
● Gain knowledge on statistical methodologies and support various Data Science projects
● Gain knowledge on BI tools and support report/dashboard build and maintenance
● Present the findings from the analyses to the stakeholders in an effective and structured fashion
● Develop knowledge of the rapidly changing healthcare marketplace
● Contribute to the internal initiatives and help grow the GATE team
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. – (Computer Science, IT, Biotechnology and related specializations)
Qualifications:
● Overall experience of 0-1 years in the analytics / consulting /technology space
● Strong quantitative aptitude an logical thinking ability is required
● Ability to read data and derive insights from the data
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
● Working knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel is an added advantage
● Highly motivated, learning oriented and quality focused individuals would be preferred
