The Role

Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Rosebank

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our
team. In this role, you will support customers throughout their travel planning and holiday
experience by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service at every
touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
regarding holiday packages, bookings, cancellations, and general information
● Assist customers in managing their travel reservations and provide updates on itinerary
changes or requirements
● Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
● Collaborate with internal departments such as reservations, billing, and operations to
ensure customer satisfaction
● Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
● Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend process
improvements
● Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and travel policies to provide
accurate information
Qualifications and Experience
● Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the travel, tourism, or
hospitality sectors
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Familiarity with booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications
● Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
● Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays as required
