Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Office Associate to join our Behavioral Health Practice. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with payer requirements, maintaining accurate policy and procedure documentation, monitoring compliance, and creating effective communications for our service offices. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payer Requirements: Ensure all payer requirements are met by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payer policies and procedures. Assist in the setup and management of payer information, including attachments and documentation needed for billing and compliance.
- Policy and Procedure Documentation: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of policies and procedures. Ensure all documents are accessible and communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor compliance with internal and external regulations. Conduct audits and provide reports to ensure adherence to standards.
- Communication Creation: Develop clear and concise communications for service offices. This includes creating memos, updates, and instructional materials to ensure all staff are informed and compliant with current practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of payer requirements and healthcare compliance.
- Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
