Our Nordic team is growing, and we are looking to recruit an Associate to support executive search and leadership advisory projects across industries and functions. This role can be based in any of our Nordic offices: Stockholm, Copenhagen, or Oslo.
You will:
Lead executive search projects and advise clients on talent and market insights, relevant candidate pools and candidate pipeline for specific projects.
Conduct targeted research and engage with candidates to explore and assess their relevance for specific leadership opportunities.
Collaborate with consultants and act as project leader steering project deliveries end to end from project start to project closure.
Support consultants with presentations and pitch-decks adding market insights and talent strategies for business development purposes.
You bring:
A master’s degree in business, social sciences, humanities, science or a related field, and relevant experience from research, consulting, executive search, talent advisory or another analytical client-facing environment.
An international mindset, enabling you to collaborate effectively with colleagues, candidates, and clients in a truly global setting.
Profound interest in people, leadership and organisations, combined with curiosity about business, markets and the factors that shape effective leadership.
Strong mix of analytical skills and business understanding allowing easy and fast absorption of a multitude of different data points and information sources.
Excellent interpersonal skills, which permit you to engage and communicate effectively with people at all levels in an international business environment.
