Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a customer-focused Associate – Customer Support to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customer lifecycle processes by coordinating seamlessly with internal teams, communicating directly with customers, and ensuring the accurate processing of requests related to onboarding, pickups, record destructions, and account updates.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Manage and process high-volume customer requests—including onboarding, pickups, destructions, and account updates—delivering accurate and time-sensitive outcomes.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and communicate directly with customers via phone to support the complete customer lifecycle and ensure seamless operations.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational standards, policies, and accuracy guidelines, particularly when executing sensitive record destruction and account management tasks.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
2+ years of experience in customer service or related operational roles.
Strong knowledge of basic Google Sheets functionality, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
Proven ability in verbal communication over the phone, time-sensitive task management, high attention to detail, and collaborative problem-solving.
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a customer-facing support role.
