About the Role:
We are looking for a WFM – Reporting & Analytics professional with strong analytical skills, and proficiency in WFM tools and Excel/Google Sheets. The ideal candidate will monitor intraday performance, drive data-driven decisions, and collaborate across teams to ensure service level adherence.
What you'll do:
- Monitor intraday performance across queues and channels to meet service level targets.
- Identify and escalate real-time forecast variances and adherence gaps.
- Drive adoption of WFM dashboards, adherence tools, and intraday planners.
- Support continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis.
- Provide actionable insights to help teams make data-driven decisions.
Who you are:
- Strong English Communication skills.
- Graduate in any discipline - Science background preferred but not mandatory.
- Good Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and good learning agility.
- Proficiency in using WFM software and scheduling tools (Preferably Calabrio)
- Ability to think critically and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Must be able to work on roster basis
