What you'll do:The Associate Vice President, Platform Product Management will manage a team of product managers to deliver foundational products that enable value creation for customers and internal development teams. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to ensure the cohesion and scalability of our core platforms.
How you'll make an impact:Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the Platform Experiences portfolio, beginning with Mobile and Core UX, ensuring alignment with overall business and product goals.
Lead, manage, and mentor a group of product managers to effectively deliver on foundational products, balancing innovation with the scalability and reliability of our solutions.
Act as a key member of the product leadership team, collaborating closely with peers in engineering, design, solution delivery, and customer-facing teams to drive success and foster a high-performance culture.
Partner with development and architecture leaders to ensure the product portfolio integrates emerging technologies, optimizes platform architecture, and ensures seamless integration across products.
Utilize customer research, quantitative data, and market insights to continuously refine the product portfolio strategy and improve platform outcomes.
Plan, evaluate, and improve product management processes and procedures to enhance team productivity and improve time to market.
10-12 years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles.
8+ years of required leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Master's Degree in a related field or an MBA is highly valued.
Deep experience with complex technology platforms, including roadmap development, product lifecycle management, and customer research.
Strong technical background with an understanding of system architectures, API integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes, particularly in a mobile context.
Demonstrated ability to translate business and market trends into a compelling product strategy and detailed execution plans.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to guide teams to build products that deliver significant value.
Proficiency in leveraging data to drive product innovation and operational improvements.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a flat organization.
