Skills Required
- 8+ years technology experience
- 5+ years in application development and/or support roles
- 5+ years working within a collections business unit
- PowerCurve (PCC) 1.1.x experience
- PowerCurve PCC 2.4 UI build skills
- Strong PowerCurve Collections or Tallyman solution configuration experience (hands-on)
- Software delivery skills: CI/CD, automated deployments, automated testing, build servers, source code/configuration management
- Solution design experience and design documentation skills
- Proficiency with databases and SQL development (ideally Oracle)
- Competence with Linux/UNIX for application installation and maintenance
- Understanding of webservice technologies (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms (WAS, MQ)
- Exposure to Java development and scripting (XML, Groovy, Shell, JavaScript)
- Experience with microservice development/API integration and Kafka eventing
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- Experience delivering in an Agile Scrum or Agile Lean framework
- Coaching and mentoring of team members
