Morgan Stanley's Strategic Client Management group plays a pivotal role in driving Morgan Stanley’s Integrated Firm Strategy, a key strategic priority for the Firm. The team focuses on identifying opportunities to leverage relationships across Wealth Management, Institutional Securities, and Investment Management to enhance client outcomes while driving revenue and asset growth.
Position Summary
The Integrated IPO Solutions Associate/Vice President will support Strategic Client Management’s Integrated IPO Solutions team, which partners closely with Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, and Morgan Stanley at Work to deliver a full suite of IPO Support Services to corporate clients.
In addition, the Integrated IPO Solutions team manages the Firm’s Directed Share Program (DSP) business. DSPs are corporate plans that enable issuers to allocate IPO shares to key constituencies, including employees, friends and family, and business associates.
This role offers exposure to IPO transactions and the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders across the Firm on client engagements, transaction coordination, and the execution of DSPs.
Responsibilities:
Participate in client pitches and meetings and document discussion points and follow-up actions
Prepare customized client presentations and materials, ensuring accuracy of data, messaging, and formatting
Maintain IPO pipeline reporting, transaction tracking, and internal dashboards to support deal coordination and management reporting
Assist in the design, administration, and execution of DSPs, including coordination across internal stakeholders
Coordinate with Legal to document DSP jurisdictional guidance and maintain relevant regulatory and reference materials
Partner with Wealth Management Technology on DSP website functionality, platform enhancements, and user experience
Support DSP reinvestment initiatives and related program development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3-6 years of relevant industry experience in investment banking, capital markets, or related financial services roles
Experience supporting capital markets transactions, IPO processes, or corporate client engagements preferred
Results-orientated with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business units
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think strategically and contribute to client solutions in a dynamic and evolving team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or ability to obtain)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $205,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission
earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
