The AVP, IT serves as a member of the Dunlop Tires North America, Inc. Operating Committee and as the Company’s most senior technology executive, providing enterprise leadership for Information Technology, digital and business transformation, enterprise data and analytics, cybersecurity, AI strategy and governance, business systems, infrastructure, project delivery, operations, and technology governance.
As a member of the Operating Committee, participates in enterprise strategy development, annual operating planning, capital allocation, organizational design, and significant business decisions. Contributes business judgment beyond the technology function and shares accountability for the Company’s overall performance.
Establishes and advances the enterprise technology and digital strategy, policies, standards, operating models, technical and data roadmaps, responsible AI governance practices, and measurable performance objectives. Ensures technology and transformation investments are aligned with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable business value.
Partners with Operating Committee members and business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver secure, scalable, and value-driven technology, data, and process solutions. Leads enterprise-wide change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and realization of intended business outcomes.
Maintains awareness of current and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, data platforms, automation, cybersecurity, ERP, infrastructure, and digital workplace solutions, to guide short- and long-term technology investment and capability planning.
Reports to the Chief Financial Officer and advises the Operating Committee on enterprise technology and digital strategy, AI roadmap execution, portfolio performance, operational health, technology and cybersecurity risk, budget performance, and related business matters.
Provides leadership and functional direction to IT leaders, employees, vendors, and cross-functional partners. Represents the Company with the parent organization, affiliates, auditors, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
