A typical day as an Associate User Experience Designer might include:
- Assisting in the development of products with world-class user experience
- Participating in an environment of open collaboration, critique, and communication
- Utilizing basic application of user experience design and validation principles & techniques, basic application of visual design and communications principles & techniques, and basic level of participation with user experience research
- Work under close supervision, following established procedures.
- Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles

Pay Range Data: $82,000 - $122,900 annually
We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills. We are looking to fill this position at the Associate User Experience Designer level, and we welcome applicants with a range of experience. Depending on your background, we may consider you for a different level, with compensation aligned accordingly.
