As a Sales Support Professional within our Asset Management Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide integrated relationship intelligence across the client lifecycle to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors, financial advisors, and global sales support teams to facilitate client processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic coverage throughout the sales cycle.
- Support all facets of sales, business development, relationship management, and retention activities.
- Research industry trends and regulatory changes to gather market intelligence for business development.
- Assist in preparing client memos, strategy materials, and business review documents.
- Understand client relationships and asset allocation preferences to support client review presentations.
- Create and update client reports, DDQs, RFPs, pitchbooks, and meeting materials.
- Liaise with Client Advisors to generate portfolio insights, analysis reports, and investment comparisons.
- Maintain client information in internal databases and document sales activity for compliance.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams on product launches, client events, and market research communications.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant industry experience and market knowledge of the sales process.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skillsets, including data analysis and understanding data flows.
- Understanding of Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, ETFs, SMAs) .
- Strong knowledge of all asset classes: Equity, Fixed Income, Cash Liquidity, Currency, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, Private Equity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) required.
- Effective planning and time management skills to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
- Professional attitude with energy, ownership, and confidence to work independently.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across global teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- CFA is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
- Experience in product launch initiatives.
