Prepare and review US federal, state, domestic, and international tax compliance workpapers, Forms 1120, consolidated returns, GILTI calculations, CbCR reports, quarterly estimates, extensions, disclosures, and fixed-asset schedules. Conduct tax research, manage large datasets and deadlines, support process automation and standardization, and collaborate across departments on complex tax issues and compliance activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare workpapers and forms relating
to US tax compliance in Onesource Income Tax tool (including all required
schedules and workpapers) and other associated tax return
disclosures.
- Prepare Form 1120 and related
schedules including Proformas and Consolidation
- Prepare Fixed Assets workpaper.
- Prepare Extension and Quarterly
Estimate calculations.
- Ability to handle large workpapers,
large volume of data and Tax returns.
- Assist with preparation of Schedule M
adjustments, posting adjustments in OIT and preparation of forms
- Assist with preparation of GILTI
workpapers and other workpapers relating to foreign forms.
- Assist with preparation of
Consolidated Tax Return.
- Prepare the disclosure and Forms
required to be attached with the Tax returns.
- Prepare/Review US CbCR report and
workpaper.
- Assist with other compliance related
tasks for US and Non-U.S. activities and calculations as required.
- Understands our business, operating
model and processes in relation to local regulations and requirements.
- Ability to perform Tax research on
Tax laws and regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications
and Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting
or Finance.
- 6 - 8 years of US International
experience
- Working knowledge of Onesource Income
Tax software is a must (TAS and Organizer both)
- CPA or Enrolled Agent
preferred.
- Previous Big 4 experience and
industry experience preferred.
- Excellent Project Management skills
required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving
skills and ability to demonstrate to develop innovative and creative
solutions to complex tax issues. Contribute to process and technology
improvements aimed at automation opportunities.
- Ability to interact with all
departments and levels throughout our organization.
- A self-starter with the ability to
prioritize and multitask with excellent project and time management
skills. Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with Oracle R12 or another
large scale ERP is preferred.
- Experience in using automation tools
e.g., Tableau, Alteryx (preferred not a must).
- Meticulous and detail oriented
without losing the big picture.
- Process oriented and an advocate of
standardization of finance/compliance function.
- Work independently on complex tax
concepts, calculations and large amounts of data.
Technical
Skills
- Working knowledge of Onesource Income
Tax software for Domestic and International workspace is a must.
- Thorough Knowledge of US
International Tax is a must.
- Experience in working (preparation
and review) on US Domestic Tax form 1120 and all related forms.
- Data gathering for special projects
or tax planning opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience in
researching various Tax issues.
- Contribute to process and technology
improvements aimed at streamlining the compliance and reporting.
Skills Required
