Responsibilities
Line of Credit and Borrowings Management:
- Analyze and monitor Americas region borrowing needs and credit facilities
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with key financial institutions
- Manage drawdowns, repayments, and covenants associated with lines of credit
- Prepare and present borrowing proposals to internal stakeholders
Cash Flow Observation:
- Monitor and analyze cash flows for North America entities
- Forecast cash needs and develop strategies to maintain liquidity
- Prepare and present cash flow reports to management
- Identify and mitigate potential cash flow risks
Risk Management:
- Conduct internal audits of treasury processes at entities across the Americas region (Travel requirements: 20%)
- Identify and evaluate risks and control weaknesses in treasury operations
- Recommend and implement improvements to internal controls and procedures
- Maintain comprehensive audit documentation and reporting
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the Americas Treasury Center team with a variety of tasks, including month-end closing, data analysis, and reporting
- Stay up-to-date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in treasury analysis or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with international finance and cash flow management is a plus
