Treasury Associate - IN
The Associate will be managing bank system administrator for various banks, processing and tracking of bank fees against budget, Maintain Banking relationships, managing bank accounts operations and completing KYC requirements with various banks.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- To handle the cash movements, payments, user interface and manage TMS
- Creating payment templates (line codes) in treasury system
- Under moderate supervision, this job performs a variety of treasury related activities and standards to ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements

Position Summary: Describe below the primary purpose and function of this job
This position is responsible for performing activities associated with the daily operations executed by Corporate Treasury. The primary responsibilities of the Treasury team include managing treasury services for TIAA and its subsidiaries and affiliates and optimizing the bank arrangements, treasury technology and global support of the TIAA enterprise.
The role will be located in Mumbai and will entail working night shift to provide support during US business hours.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: List up to 5 key duties and responsibilities, management responsibilities and time spent (if applicable)
- Support the day-to-day corporate cash management operation for TIAA, its subsidiaries and affiliates. This includes executing wire transfers, executing global cash positioning strategy, performing variance and reconciliation analysis, and resolving operational issues/inquiries affecting internal and external business partners.
- Execute the day-today Bank Management strategy for TIAA, its subsidiaries, and affiliates. This includes bank account management service tickets, bank fee analysis and bank system administration.
- Apply knowledge of treasury policies, global cash and liquidity management concepts and global payment to provide daily support for Corporate Treasury deliverables and reports.
- Prepare, and ultimately be responsible for, daily treasury management activities including required reports, metrics, and ad hoc banking and cash & liquidity management analysis.
- Responsible for supporting the company’s technology and banking strategy including evaluation of new systems, products, and services; ensuring efficient banking structures and accurate maintenance of accounts to support global operations with direct responsibility for management of the department’s governance program requirements associated with cash and banking.
- Prepares daily cash and liquidity management related activities, including required reports, metrics, and ad hoc cash and liquidity management analysis, support the preparation of the long-term liquidity forecast, and provides daily support for Corporate Treasury deliverables and reports, including excess/shortfall cash positions to short term traders, bank deposit allocations, or borrowing recommendations to Corporate Treasury Management for approval and coordinates with the organization’s chief investment office to execute and manage daily activities that achieve the objectives of the company’s spread lending program.
- Specifies, builds, maintains, and supports various systems implementation projects to ensure proper function of treasury management systems while maintaining various treasury databases to ensure databases are current and accurate.

Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Finance)/M.Com
- 2-3 years’ prior experience in managing Treasury Function
- Should have total experience more than 5-7 Years.
Timings: This role will entail working night shift to provide support during US business hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30Am , after daylight saving timings would be 7:30PM to 4:30AM
