Job Description:

Blake Willson Group is seeking a detail-oriented Training & Change Management Analyst to support training development, change management, stakeholder communications, and project coordination activities for a federal client. The ideal candidate will have experience developing instructional materials, coordinating training activities, managing document revisions, and translating technical information into clear, user-friendly content. This role will support the implementation of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) processes and coding structures across multiple stakeholder groups. In this position, you will also:

  • Develop and maintain training curricula, manuals, presentations, job aids, cheat sheets, FAQs, and other instructional materials.
  • Translate subject matter expert input into clear, user-friendly materials for employees and managers.
  • Support development and maintenance of ABC code dictionaries, activity-code lists, crosswalks, templates, and reference materials.
  • Coordinate virtual, in-person, and hybrid training sessions, including schedules, participant communications, materials, attendance, and logistics.
  • Support live training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Collect and organize participant and stakeholder feedback to identify recurring questions, confusion, and adoption challenges.
  • Develop change management communications, implementation updates, talking points, and other stakeholder materials.
  • Support project coordination activities, including meeting notes, action items, status updates, schedules, deliverable tracking, and project documentation.
  • Track comments, revisions, approvals, and dependencies across multiple deliverables while maintaining version control.
  • Coordinate with technical SMEs, client stakeholders, and project team members to keep assigned activities on schedule.
  • Ensure deliverables meet accessibility, formatting, style, branding, and quality requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience developing training materials, instructional content, job aids, manuals, presentations, or similar deliverables.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting training delivery, change management, stakeholder communications, or organizational initiatives.
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating multiple deliverables, managing document revisions and stakeholder input, and using Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with federal government clients or projects.
  • Experience translating technical or complex information into clear materials for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration and document-management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Activity-Based Costing, financial management, budgeting, or performance management concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior consultants, SMEs, client personnel, and project stakeholders.

Your individual salary within this range will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to your education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Skills Required
