Oversee federal financial accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations, financial close, audit readiness, and contractor team coordination. Manage deliverables, staffing, schedules, quality control, and government stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with USSGL, Oracle PeopleSoft Federal systems, OMB Circular A-136, Treasury Financial Manual requirements, and federal financial reporting standards.

Provide technical leadership for Federal internal control testing, audit readiness, and financial statement audit support. Review workpapers and evidence for compliance, assess risks and control deficiencies, guide testing methodologies, ensure alignment with Federal standards, and coordinate technical issues with project teams and Government stakeholders across multiple RMIC engagements.

Leads governance and execution of a complex Federal Risk Management and Internal Controls program. Oversees BPA-level coordination, multiple task orders, staffing, resource allocation, schedules, deliverables, risks, and performance. Manages teams supporting financial management, audit readiness, internal controls, and risk initiatives while coordinating with Government stakeholders and ensuring compliance with Federal regulations and contractual requirements.

Evaluates and modernizes federal financial management systems supporting NIP funds flow across DoW, IC, Treasury, and OMB environments. Analyzes architectures, processes, interfaces, data flows, appropriations, and budget execution; defines requirements; identifies security and counterintelligence needs; and develops modernization recommendations. Leads stakeholder engagements, working sessions, and executive briefings for government customers and senior leadership.

Supports Intelligence Community financial and resource management initiatives by mapping and analyzing business processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing improvement recommendations. Advises stakeholders on federal financial management, system modernization, reporting, audit, and classified-environment requirements. Produces executive briefings, reports, process documentation, and implementation tracking materials while coordinating across intelligence, defense, and federal organizations.

Supports federal audit readiness, financial management, compliance, and remediation activities. Reviews and reconciles financial and operational documentation, evaluates internal controls, validates audit evidence, tracks corrective action plans, coordinates with Army and Department of Defense personnel, and prepares audit reports and leadership briefings. The role identifies discrepancies and control weaknesses, researches applicable requirements, and improves audit processes and compliance.

Develop and enhance Power Platform applications, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and data visualization solutions for a federal acquisition office. Gather requirements, translate user needs into functional solutions, document processes, support deployment and troubleshooting, and optimize system performance. Provide federal acquisition and contracting support, including market research, acquisition strategy, PWS and IGCE development, CLIN recommendations, contract monitoring, performance assessments, and invoice processing.

Manage the full federal grants lifecycle, including planning, application review, awards, monitoring, amendments, compliance, closeout, and evaluation. Advise federal staff and grant recipients, conduct complex risk and performance reviews, develop policies and guidance, provide technical assistance, and prepare senior-level correspondence, audit responses, and recommendations.

Leads architecture, development, and delivery of secure cloud, data, process intelligence, and AI solutions for federal clients. Builds AWS cloud-native services, scalable data platforms, Celonis process-mining solutions, and agentic AI workflows using Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI. Owns technical direction, engineering standards, security, testing, observability, deployment automation, and reusable product packaging. Supports A-123 continuous controls monitoring, agency implementations, demonstrations, and cloud environment deployments while collaborating with AWS and Celonis partners.

Performs technical GAAP analysis of contractor cost structures, overhead allocations, capitalization, and WBS-aligned costs. Supports recurring cost adjudication, reconciliations, and financial reviews; identifies discrepancies and misallocations; and prepares audit-ready analyses and recommendations for government, program, legal, and leadership stakeholders.

Provide data visualization and analytics expertise for federal financial management modernization. Design and maintain enterprise dashboards, analyze large financial datasets, automate reporting, support audit readiness and reconciliation, develop data models and governance artifacts, and present findings to leadership to improve financial reporting, controls, and decision-making.

Leads cost adjudication, accounting compliance reviews, forensic analyses, and financial oversight for a federal defense program. Evaluates cost flows, overhead pools, WBS-aligned costs, and accounting treatments under GAAP and ASC standards. Develops auditable adjudication processes, prepares defensible recommendations for government stakeholders, and supports audit readiness. Requires extensive defense contractor or manufacturing accounting experience and an active CPA certification.
