Manage the full federal grants lifecycle, including planning, application review, awards, monitoring, amendments, compliance, closeout, and evaluation. Performs technical GAAP analysis of contractor cost structures, overhead allocations, capitalization, and WBS-aligned costs. Supports recurring cost adjudication, reconciliations, and financial reviews; identifies discrepancies and misallocations; and prepares audit-ready analyses and recommendations for government, program, legal, and leadership stakeholders.

Provide data visualization and analytics expertise for federal financial management modernization. Design and maintain enterprise dashboards, analyze large financial datasets, automate reporting, support audit readiness and reconciliation, develop data models and governance artifacts, and present findings to leadership to improve financial reporting, controls, and decision-making.

Leads cost adjudication, accounting compliance reviews, forensic analyses, and financial oversight for a federal defense program. Evaluates cost flows, overhead pools, WBS-aligned costs, and accounting treatments under GAAP and ASC standards. Develops auditable adjudication processes, prepares defensible recommendations for government stakeholders, and supports audit readiness. Requires extensive defense contractor or manufacturing accounting experience and an active CPA certification.
