Some of the things you’ll be doing:
Trade Lifecycle Management
- Ensure accurate trade capture in OMS/EMS systems for all executed trades
- Monitor trade allocations and confirm accuracy with portfolio managers and traders
- Manage trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies with brokers and counterparties
- Oversee settlement processes across multiple asset classes
Reconciliation & Controls
- Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians
- Investigate and resolve breaks in a timely manner
- Support NAV validation and P&L verification processes
- Maintain strong internal controls to minimize operational risk
Prime Broker & Counterparty Management
- Act as primary point of contact for prime brokers and custodians
- Coordinate account openings and documentation
- Manage corporate actions, dividends, and interest processing
- Monitor margin and collateral requirements
Reporting & Regulatory Support
- Assist in regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., Form PF, AIFMD, EMIR, etc.)
- Support audit requests and investor reporting
- Maintain accurate records of trade documentation
Process Improvement
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies
- Support system upgrades, testing, and automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Any graduate with Experience 1-3 years
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Trade operations / middle office at hedge funds or asset managers
- Investment banks (operations, product control, middle office)
- Prime brokerage exposure

Skills Required
- Graduate degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in trade operations or middle office
- Experience at hedge funds or asset managers (trade operations / middle office)
- Experience in investment bank operations, product control, or middle office
- Prime brokerage exposure
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Flexibility and adaptability (US shift, hybrid work mode)
- Familiarity with OMS/EMS trade capture and settlement processes
