What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with hospital teams and understand their needs through strategically providing them with Stryker products.

• Become a Stryker product expert, providing clinical and technical guidance in the operating room and managing your product inventory effectively.

• Proactively communicate your territory strategies with your Regional Manager to generate creative, customer-focused solutions for sales conversions.

• Actively participate in surgeries, assisting healthcare professionals and demonstrating product applications.
